I'm home!

I haven't been here in ages!! so lazy, haha.
well I finally got to home last friday, I've been Las Vegas, Whistler, Hawaii (Honolulu and Big island) then back to Japan. But I had a wedding for my friend in Nagano just next day I arrived.

Everything was super!! I enjoyed so much, no too much!!
I think I still got jetlug, so I'm gonna put some photos later.

Nice to come back home, I'll travel in Japan this time!!

Injured...

I got injured a couple weeks ago (again!!)

My surf board fin dug my leg.

It was so hurt and I went to hospital straight away then had some stitches.

Inside was 3 or 4, outside was 10 stitches!

2 days ago, Jeff took these off.

I've been big head so bad, I've been thinking about my jobs, next winter season, after winter, 2010, and more.

Also, sometimes I can't be bother to speak/write in English.

I feel better now, but still think of that.

I applyed some of jobs for winter.

I don't wanna do same things again, like a waitress or house keeping especially.

I wanna do something new. Manager would be nice, I wanna step up.

Well it takes forever to think about your future sometime, 'will see' is the best answer ever!

OK, I should stop thinking!

So I applyed some jobs.

1. B&B manager
2. Hilton Niseko Village F&B
3. Cafe manager at Niseko

hmmmmm this is hard choise, sound good, all of them.

I kind wanna do Hilton's, I guess.

By the way, I'm gonna go to Las Vegas this sunday for 5 days with Sylvie, I can't wait!!

danjon crab☆

jeff cought a couple crabs the other day.

He gave it to me tonight, so I made dinner which is

`Tomato cream danjon crab pasta`

yummmmmm♪

Kayaking to Meares Island

Me and Hannah went to Meares Island by kayak yesterday, the weather wasn't great, but not too cold, no wind. So it was good.

We kayak about 2 hours to get there, we stoped a lot of place.

Then, we walked big tree trail. This is one of them, pretty big. It is about 1000 years old!

This is inside of that tree. It's empty. You can get in there!

salmon roe

Today, Jeff came back home with salmon roe!!

I'm soooo happy, I know I'm japanese, ofcaouse I'm happy. This is a bit crazy for other people, you don't understand, how much we love those stuff.

Even for us, we can't eat like this, we need to clean them cos too oily.
See that white bit, there is oil every single roe.

Then what I did is like this! I put soy-sause, mirin, dashi. Then I have to wait till tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

ohhhhhh I can't wait!!

salmons and prawns were arrived.

My house mate Jeff who owns a fish and chips is a fisher man.

This is funny, I never met fisher man before even in Japan.

But here in Tofino, I'm living in his house.

He has been to Alaska for salmon and prawn and shrimp fishing.

He is still there, but he needed some space in his fishing boat for catching some fish.

So he send over his fish to here.

This is that box he send here, how huge it is!!

And so many salmon!!!! Those guys are pink salmon.

Also as you can see next to salmon, they are prawns.

They are headless, and super icy.

Good stuff!!

zuccini and beans

This is a beautiful ziccini!! I picked it up this morning.

This is pretty big, much more bigger than teaspoon.

Those guys are beans, I ate straight away after picked.

Taste so sweet and yummy!

Also, I got broccolis today.
Maybe denner for tonight is green vegges and garlic butter!!
